What It Is
A time-boxed, paid scoping sprint that produces a documented engineering plan. We work with you over 1–2 weeks to turn your idea, brief, or rough requirements into a set of clear outputs you can use to brief engineers, investors, or manufacturers — or hand straight to our build team.

Research & Drafting
Component options, architecture options, risk analysis, and initial roadmap draft.
- Days 5–7
Working Session
45-minute review of draft outputs — your feedback shapes priorities and scope.
- Days 8–10
Final Report
Polished deliverable pack delivered via shared document or PDF + repo.
Requirements From You
- ✓A written brief or idea description (even rough is fine)
- ✓Access to any existing materials (sketches, prior quotes, reference products)
- ✓Availability for the kickoff call and one review session
- ✓Any hard constraints: budget ceiling, target launch date, regulatory requirements
What Happens After
You receive a complete plan you own outright. You can take it to any engineering team. If you choose to continue with HNES, the Blueprint Sprint outputs become the spec for your build phase — no re-work required. Most clients move directly into a fixed-scope build or a phased delivery retainer.
